A few friendly faces

We collaborate with a cross disciplinary network of industry experts, but it all starts with our core team.

Jody cut his teeth at Sky before going on to lead creative teams at both Virgin and MTV. He became the Creative Director of MTV’s London Studio in 2011 and led them in all brand, identity and advertising work across the Paramount network for the best part of a decade. During that time, he led the rebrand of Channel 5’s entire portfolio of channels which was credited as a contributing factor in the broadcaster’s return to profitability. In 2019, Jody joined the launch team for Outernet London, a ground-breaking new home for music, arts and culture in the heart of Central London. There, he built the internal creative department and used his global book of contacts to create, curate and commission a raft of immersive interactive experiences.

Ian is an experienced leader in Procurement, supply chain and operations disciplines, with a career spanning Europe, Asia, Australia and the Caribbean. Ian has a depth of experience running the commercial and supplier management aspects of high value CAPEX build projects, both as a procurement leader and client. This includes a $1BN fibre-to-the-home and TV project in the Caribbean, as well as leading teams to deliver large infrastructure project across Asia Pacific. Closer to home, Ian has more recently specialised in third party risk management, ensuring that clients are managing suppliers in line with legal, regulator and ethical guidelines.

Mike is a multi-award-winning Creative Technical Director with over 20 years of experience delivering large-scale installations and live event projects. Mike has worked with leading global organisations, including MSG Sphere Studios, Walt Disney Imagineering, Universal Studios, The Smithsonian, Apple, Nike, and the BBC. His expertise spans live events, museums, science centres, and themed entertainment, delivering multi-million-pound projects that captivate thousands annually. With a strong creative foundation in theatre and deep technical knowledge, Mike delivers award-winning experiences that inspire and set new benchmarks worldwide.
