Authoring a strategic feasibility study focused on defining the commercial and broader benefits of incorporating a digital led arts and culture proposition in the redevelopment.

In December 2024, Fiveight submitted its $400 million-plus proposal to redevelop the site, featuring a 17-storey hotel, a four-storey retail and food precinct, a 30-storey student accommodation building, and dual large-format anamorphic digital displays overlooking Forrest Place. If approved, the dual screens would be a first in Australia, offering unique commercial and creative opportunities.
